The Foster Home is vital – giving hope to so many children.
Some of these precious children have been bereaved and are without a parent. Some have been abandoned because their parent simply can’t afford to feed them, so their mum begged KDP to provide for the child they abandoned.
For each child, QT had to make a decision. Either provide care, and trust God that he would somehow provide funding, or to find a sponsor for the child.
Otherwise, the KDP would have to also release the child to become a street child and scavenge for survival.
Beatitudes, a caring grant funder, recently met some needs to ensure our children in foster care could live in a safe environment. The extension separating girls from boys is now complete. It’s been painted, half of the house has tiled floors and a 10,000-litre rainwater harvesting tank was installed. A large dining table enables the children to gather daily to laugh together and support and pray for each other after enjoying their dinner.
