Yes, this week intern Madina discovered how it feels to be a presenter on Ugandan television.
Her sponsor, Sue, forwarded the following message from her.
“I am learning many things beyond school work. I thank God in recent days I was chosen to appear on television live acting. We are over thirty students doing internship from this station among which six of us are from Ndejje University. I was among the best three students chosen to appear.
The show has been running for over three days I thank God for that. We also tour to different places and capture news.
What I have learnt most is within the control or production room, a presenter has to obey and respect his or her producer to come up with the best programme. Have never thought that one day I will also appear on air but with God’s mercy I was seen live on air.”
Rewarded through 15 years of relationship with Madina, Sue says: “We are excited Madina is doing so well with her internship on Ugandan television; we’ve been encouraging her all the way.”
